Day 1
Nairobi to Amboseli National Park + Afternoon Game Drive
This morning, we meet you in Nairobi (airport or your hotel) and begin your scenic road journey to Amboseli National Park — one of Kenya’s most iconic Big 5 safari destinations. As you approach the park, Kilimanjaro’s vast silhouette rises on the horizon, welcoming you into elephant country. You’ll check in at your tented camp and enjoy a relaxed lunch as you settle into the peaceful rhythm of safari life.
In the afternoon, you head out for your first game drive. Amboseli is a landscape of ancient dry lakebeds, open plains, and lush green swamps that attract abundant wildlife year-round. This is where you’ll have your first close encounters with the park’s legendary elephant herds, along with giraffe, zebra, buffalo, and a stunning variety of birds. Return to camp at sunset for dinner and a tranquil evening.

Full-Day Amboseli Safari + Optional Maasai Village Visit

After breakfast, set off for a full day of exploration, carrying a packed lunch for maximum game-viewing time. Amboseli is famed for being one of Africa’s very best destinations to observe elephants up close, especially as they feed and bathe in the swamp systems of Ol Tukai and Enkongo Narok.
If you wish, we can arrange an optional visit to a Maasai village, where you’ll experience traditional songs, dances, and the fascinating cultural traditions of this iconic community. Spend the afternoon tracking more wildlife across the park’s diverse habitats before returning to camp for a warm dinner under the stars.

Morning Game Drive & Return to Nairobi
After breakfast, take one last morning game drive through Amboseli, watching the park come alive as wildlife grazes against the backdrop of Africa’s tallest mountain. It’s the perfect ending to your short but beautiful immersion in Kenya’s wilderness.
After your safari, we drive back to Nairobi, arriving at around 5:00 pm. Enjoy lunch en route before being dropped off at your hotel or the airport for your onward journey.
