Nairobi → Masai Mara – Your Family’s Safari Story Begins
Your driver-guide meets you at your Nairobi hotel or at the airport, welcoming you warmly into your Kenyan adventure. After a quick briefing, you begin your scenic road journey toward the Masai Mara National Reserve, descending into the breathtaking Great Rift Valley. You’ll stop for photographs at the escarpment and pass colorful towns and farmlands that give children a fun glimpse into Kenyan life.
Arriving at Entim Mara Camp, you settle into your luxury family tent and enjoy lunch overlooking the plains. In the afternoon, head out for your first Masai Mara wildlife experience, where lions, elephants, zebras, cheetahs, and giraffes may appear within minutes of entering the reserve. Wake to birdsong and enjoy a hearty breakfast before setting out on a full day of wildlife viewing. Today you explore deeper into the Masai Mara, one of Africa’s most dramatic wildlife destinations and home to the Big 5. With its vast open plains, riverine forests, and rolling hills, the Mara delivers stunning sightings almost instantly.
You’ll stop for a picnic lunch along the Mara River or in the shade of an acacia tree. Depending on the season (July–October), your family may witness part of the Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the greatest animal movements on earth. Later, return to camp for dinner and a cosy evening together, sharing stories beneath a sky full of stars.

For families seeking something magical, we recommend the sunrise hot-air balloon safari (extra cost). Gently float above the plains as the world wakes up below you — herds moving in the soft light, the sun breaking over the horizon, the silence unforgettable.
Back at Entim, a delicious dinner awaits. Tonight is perfect for bonding, card games, or listening to distant lion calls echoing through the night.

Masai Mara → Nairobi – Farewell to the Wild
After breakfast, check out and set off for a meaningful Maasai cultural visit. Here your family meets Maasai warriors and women, learns about daily life, and shares in traditional songs and dancing — a favorite moment for children.
You then begin your road journey back to Nairobi, stopping for lunch along the way. Your guide will drop you at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of a powerful family adventure filled with new experiences, laughter, and stories you’ll carry home forever.
